Born on June 11, 2010, in Winter Haven, Florida, to his adoring parents Arthur James Vann Jr. and Tachelle Kemp, AJ was a shining light who brightened every room he entered. A proud student of Language & Literacy Academy for Learning, AJ's presence was unforgettable—he made every entrance an event and every moment memorable. His vibrant personality shone like the brightest star, captivating everyone around him.
AJ faced many health challenges with courage and determination, defying the odds stacked against him. His strength far exceeded his small frame, and his tenacious spirit earned him the title of “King Arthur.”
AJ’s joy was found in life’s simple pleasures—his love for Fruit Loops, milk, Cheetos, sour cream and onion Pringles, and fresh fruit brought endless smiles. He loved making toys, drawing, riding his 4-wheeler, flipping, thumb wrestling, and most of all, being surrounded by the love of his family.
Through this toy drive, we celebrate AJ’s legacy of kindness, compassion, and boundless joy. His light continues to inspire us to give generously, love deeply, and spread the kind of happiness that AJ brought into the world.
